These terms govern the use of BeGreatOS. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
BeGreatOS is an app to organize finances, goals, workouts, vehicles and grocery purchases, run by Robison Puglielli, an individual. The service may evolve, gaining or losing features over time.
Your account
To use the app you must be at least 18 years old and create an account through the sign-in offered. Keep your access secure: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
Your data
The data you record is yours. You allow BeGreatOS to store and process it only to provide the service, as the Privacy policy describes.
AI providers
AI readings use the key of the provider you enroll. The use of that key, the fees the provider charges and compliance with its terms are your responsibility.
AI readings can contain mistakes. Review the result before saving it.
Not advice
BeGreatOS helps you organize your own routine. The information it shows is not financial, tax, medical or training advice.
Acceptable use
When using BeGreatOS, you agree not to:
- use the service for illegal activities;
- try to access other people's data;
- overload the service or circumvent its security.
Availability
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Daily backups are made, but we recommend not keeping the only record of important information in BeGreatOS.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, BeGreatOS is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Ending
You may stop using the service and ask for your data to be deleted at any time, at privacy@begreatos.com. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with the update date at the top.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of your place of residence.
